Website enquiries

When you enquire, the form sends the name, contact details, service selection and any business name, location or message you provide. These details are used to respond, prepare a quote and discuss or deliver the requested work.

Form processing

Enquiries are received through Formspree and delivered by email. Formspree may also process technical data, including IP address and browser details, for operation and security. Its infrastructure includes the United States, so information may be processed outside Australia. Formspree’s privacy policy explains its processing and retention practices.

Website hosting and analytics

Cloudflare hosts the public website and provides Web Analytics for website performance and usage. Fonts are served with the site. Cloudflare receives technical request information when the site is used. Cloudflare’s privacy policy

What to send

Keep the enquiry to the work you want help with. Please leave out passwords, card details and sensitive personal information. You can also call or email directly.

Questions or corrections

Contact admin@gippstechsolutions.com.au or 0490 825 122 to ask about your enquiry, request a correction or removal, or raise a privacy concern. Ongoing work or business record requirements may mean some records need to be retained. Provider copies and logs follow the provider’s retention practices.
