Simple starter sites are $990 including GST. Other website projects generally start at $1,500, with more complex work typically $2,500 to $3,500 or more. Website projects have an agreed fixed price. Local IT support uses the hourly rates below.

Local IT & phone support.
$120 including GST for the first hour on site, with a one-hour minimum. Then $22.50 including GST per additional 15 minutes. Travel is included across Heyfield, Maffra, Sale, Rosedale, Stratford, Cowwarr and the towns in between. Other locations are quoted before booking.

Your Google Business Profile
I'll set up or review one profile, add your business details, hours, services, website link and supplied photos, and give you a link to request reviews. You own the profile and grant me access. I'll help with verification; you complete Google's required steps. Rankings and verification dates aren't guaranteed.
Ongoing costs and extra work
Domain registration and hosting are separate. Hosting is available from $19 a month, with no lock-in, or you can choose your own host. Extra pages, booking systems, online ordering, shops, logo design and ongoing changes are quoted separately.
Ongoing Google posts, review replies, suspension appeals and duplicate-profile problems are outside the package.

Client portals, custom business software, automations and integrations vary with the work they need to do and the systems they connect to. They are quoted separately from the website packages above.
We'll discuss who will use it, what it needs to handle and any existing tools involved. Your quote will set out the agreed work, testing, hosting, third-party fees and ongoing support costs before you commit.

What changes the price of a website?
The number of pages, content, design requirements and features all affect the work. A simple starter site has a defined scope. Booking tools, online ordering, integrations and customer portals need a separate quote, with ongoing costs explained before you agree.
Do I own the site?
Yes. You own the site and the web address, and you can take it anywhere.
Am I locked into hosting?
No. Hosting is from $19 a month and you can leave whenever you like.
How long does it take?
A straightforward site is usually a week or two, and most of that is waiting on photos and details from you. Ordering systems and club sites take longer, and you'll get a real timeline before we start.
What if I don't know what I need?
Ring and describe the problem. Half the time the answer is smaller and cheaper than people expect, and I'll say so.
