I’m based in Heyfield. I provide local IT support for homes and small businesses across Heyfield, Maffra, Sale and surrounds. Mobile Phone Support is part of my IT service, including iPhone and Android setup, data transfers, accounts, email, apps and backups. I also help with smart TVs, streaming apps, Wi-Fi and smart home devices, setting things up, sorting out problems and showing you how to use them.
$120 first hour on site, including GST. One-hour minimum. Then $22.50 including GST per additional 15 minutes. Travel included in the local service area.

Setup and troubleshooting only. I don’t offer electrical work, wall mounting, drilling, cable installation, lifting or moving equipment, or physical hardware repairs. TVs and devices need to be in position and connected to power before the visit.

First hour on site
Including GST. One-hour minimum. Travel included across the local service area listed below.
After the first hour
Including GST per additional 15 minutes, equivalent to $90/hour. Tell me about the job first so we can discuss what is involved.
Parts, replacement equipment and software purchases are separate from these labour rates. Any additional costs will be discussed before going ahead.
